i thought it was kind of scary i went to go see it with my 3 best friends jonakkah(jonika),brittany and kirsten and my boyfriend branden.jonakkah kept screaming and closing her eyes and putting her fingers in her ears.i thought ju-on was alot more scary.my 17 year old brother couldn´t go to sleep after watching The Grudge. he is such a whimp compared to me.

i saw the grudge with my 2 cousins and my cousin kiki kept closing her eyes on all the good (scary) parts. and she kept screamin and sqeezing my hand. but my other cousin and i loved it. it is a great movie if you love movies like the grudge. so go see it i give it 2 thumbs up. go NOW and be prepared to be scared!

Well.. i saw the movie like a week ago and i thought it was really good. I did not find it scary but i have a bigg telorence for fear anyhoow.. i think the japanese version is much better and much more intense.. there r lots more parts to it and it seems more thrilling, but then again buffy did a great job. i dont know if it was me or the whole theatre butr we just couldnt stop laughing the whole theatre was screaming for a second then laughing the next it was so funny.. i would definitly wanna see it again, i think im gonna download it on kazaa 4 da hell of it

I went and watched the movie last night with 6 of my friends and (OMG) It was so scary! I was the only one screaming. Yes I have to say that is better than the ring. Some parts I didnt get but the others made up for that. I was scared to lay down in my bed....or even get close to it I was afraid that a hang might grab my leg. To top it alll off i have the biggest bed room in the whole house it has 6 windows and three doors...I was afraid that i might see that little boy out side of my window or the woman might be in my closet. I slept with my lights on! I have to say ( that "the grudge" is the best scary movie I have ever seen" I cant wait till it comes out on dvd.

I have to agree with Scorned24. At first I didn´t know how it was gonna be scary...bc it´s from Japen, it wasn´t like the 6th sense or the ring. It was good, there were a lot of parts where i didn´t expect the grudge to show up, and that was pretty surprising and brilliant. I saw it last night and it took me an hour to fall asleep!. I didn´t understand how That japenses girl who was obsess with Peter cut off her pics and putted it on the wall. And were the grudges ghosts of the cat?or the lil boy that murdered by his dad? It´s confusing...But it´s good. More power on Asians Ppl!

the movie definitely did not live up to my expectations, but that is not necesarily a bad thing. It scared the hell out of me in several instances and made me sorta cringe in others. Not to mention the ending completely sucked. No other way to say it. I would´ve liked the movie a million times more if we saw even 10 seconds more of what happened to Karen from where the movie ended. And some of it was confusing which was just annoying. I honestly dont know if I would´ve gone to see this movie if Sarah Michelle Gellar wasn´t in it, but thats just me. I agree with those who say she earned her acting props on Buffy, but doesn´t seem to choose movies to display them.

I seen The Grudge last night with a friend. It scared me more then it did him. But it was one hell of a movie. I´ve seen The Ring and all, but I truely didn´t know how good the Asian´s were at making horror films until last night. I was even afaid to go to sleep last night. I had to make sure my door was locked and I looked out the little peep hole in the to make sure no one there. It was freaky.:

i thought that the movie was good.... it scarded the hell out of me and now when i take a shower im allways feeling the back of my head( just to make shure there is no hand) and the night when i saw it i was exspecting a little creepy meowing boy to be looking at me from the end of my bed. i got lost in the beging but it all came together and now im scared to answer the phone.... i dont want to hear the creepy noise honing:

Well, I just saw the movie and i must say it was better than the ring. I thought it was an excellent choice to have the original japenese make this one. And i for one will be more excited to see the new Ring movie with the original Ringu director. I for one haven´t seen the original but i have seen japense subtitled movies before, (ringu, the eye, etc). For this reason, my semi little review is a little biased, but hey, it´s better than a 15 year old girls. The sound effects and everything made sense at the end. I would say it was a pretty good movie, but i thought the ending was too american. I thought it should have ended when the screen went white to let the mind carry over its own predictions, similar to the way japenese horror flicks do. The problem with society is that we are too used to slashers. Grow up.. it´s been 20 years now.. come up with something different. I feel the next generation of horror will be much more enjoyable and something to be looked forward to. upcominghorrormovies.com is my choice for horror movie review.

i went to see the grudge with a lot of friends. it is not scary at all.. well ok it is a little but i laugh when i get scared so we had a good time, the only time i got scared was AFTER the movie because i was scared to go into my bed and every little un explainable sound freaked me out. after i saw the grudge there was a thunderstorm and it was hailing and windy... i was freaked. i went to doyouhaveagrudge.com after the movie it was as scary as hell but i went to it again today and its PATHETIC

im AXCEL i was born in toronto canada with in a rich family WORD! so we travel all over the world and when i saw that this movie was showing in the phillipines me and my brothers decided to watch it and well one word actually three "it was funny" i mean it wasnt scary at all what kind of ghost would crawl even if they were running it was silly i wasted 80 dollars for it cause i have 3 bros cole,lance and nathan and i treated my cousins Leo,shun,robby and josh for well....nothing 1 ticket was 2 dollars and we were 8 in the movie house plus the food the drinks the candies well it was 2 or 3 hours of dull i rather go to a :theparty: than to watch this again and i dont feel like smiling right now coz i just lost 80 dollars for dull please when i go back to the phillipines dont show me another movie like this if every movie is like this i rather go to or go to a :band: concert than to watch this even or :readingr honing: or even :sailing: is better than this money wasting movie and i dont say this to a movie but its worth it this movie is and a of course im i just lost 80 dollars and my reputation of choosing that best horror movies and my popularity rating is dropping fast because of this movie

scared the hell out of me. great movie. better effects than "inner senses". They have to work on the plot though. the part on where the 3 school gorls died, they over look something. but it was great viewing it. rily enjoyed scaring myself to death!
