This is the best novela i have ever seen and let me tell you ive seen a lot!!!! Except something i hated was that well i live in the U.S which kind of sucks because Univision the channel that showed Amor Real cut out a lot of the novela which made me kind of mad because they cut out the ending so the ending kind of sucks!! I really didnt care much for it. Anyways I kinda liked it when they fought because it made the novela much more interseting. There was something I thought was real funny about the novela though. Did you notice that when Matilde or Manuel were in a fight one minute they were screaming at eachother and the next they would be all over eachother. Then after they spend the night together the next morinig they would be mad ay each other agian. I thought that was real funny!!!!! Anyways i really thought what Antonia and Aldolfo did at the end of the novela was the sweetest thing anyone could do. Especally what Aldolfo did! I thought that it was real mean just to kill Aldolfo like that.

It´s an impressive production with excellent performances from the actors especially Adela Noriega. The love scenes sizzle although the fighting sequences are a bit slow. What´s pathetic is that Univision did not give its U.S. audience the final ending but cut it short and deleted a lot of scenes that could have given more impact and justice to a great story.
I´m very disappointed and I´ll never watch anything shown in this tv station ever again!

I got to see the whole novela when I was in Arizona for about a year from begining to the end.The whole thing gets better and better youll be surprised when the last episode airs.I totaly didn´t expect it to end the way it did.Oh the french chik is an imposter she gets busted and goes to jail, manuels real cuzn from france is a nun.Not a little hoodrat like the other chik. I love this novela! I like Manuel and Matilde, but my favorite couple has been Catalina and Adolfo. I could not hold back the tears, I watch just for them. At first she got on my nerves and I couldn´t understand why she was there but she has become one of my favorite actresses. Also Marie gets on my nerves so bad with her whiny accent.

So far I like Amor Real but sometimes I hate Matilde´s habit of putting her fingers in her chin and mouth. And
she´s always crying like a baby. Manuel on the other hand acts like an indiot. I find Rosario a lot smarterand so with Sixto who´s wary of Antonia. I mean, how can they so stupid about Antonia manipulating them with her devilish Nana. Anyway, this is a completely romantic and perfect telenovela. I just feel disgusted when they fight a lot as if there´s no trust between them.
I like it when Matilde and Manuel kiss as if their lips are suited to do so while Adolfo´s kissing scenes with Matilde are such as if he meant to mop her face as well.
I´m always late for my class the following day.

Excellent performances from Fernando and Adela supported by a story which for me is enhanced because it´s a period piece that the producer must have taken a lot of pain to depict. The lead couple has perfect chemistry and the sexual tension is so palpable. Manuel´s character needs a little bit of substance though because he comes out a bit hot headed most of the time and seem to be manhandling his wife. Nonetheless, his ability to show his pain by crying is a true measure of a man who loves and feel intensely. Matilde is a bit slow in the head to see what´s coming from Antonia´s maneuverings. The supporting´ characters lends humor and depth to the story. Kudos to all involved in the making of this piece!

At times I hate Manuel, se pone bien necio! Y Matilde no aprende nada, ella tiene que andar muchas veces de muy metiche. Me da rabia que estos dos no encuentran las pases. What´s with Frenchie and her fake cousin? Antonia deserves to get TB, her nana needs to get hit by one of the horses on the road and Ramon deserves a heart attack. I especially love what they done with Josefina.
On a seperate note, the actors are excellent in portraying the personalities that they are portraying, KUDOS!

I realy love AMOR REAL, i went on a holiday to Croatia and just had to watch it. When i came back home to Australia i went to a Latino videostore and rented it couse i just had to finish watching it. I wish we get those kind of shows in Aus, but we dont...it sucks. i ges ill just keep on renting it, even though its in spanish, and i cant understand much,

My wife and I watch it together every night. We really enjoy it, and I NEVER watch telenovelas! But this one is really good. I love the period costumes and setting.
